I was referred to Robert Sanders by our banker. My wife and I recently purchased a business and Mr. Sanders was our point man and attorney.
Though it was supposed to be a quick transaction, due to various reasons, the purchase took a lot longer than expected. Mr Sanders guided us through the process and made sure that our concerns were addressed. This helped especially when working with the landlord (corporation) which was very uncooperative.
All in all I highly recommend the work of Mr. Sanders. Throughout the transaction he stood with us. He helped us draft the contract of sale, the lease and our incorporation documents. He was responsive on phone and email.- Silence B.
